What is your return policy?

When you return an item, make sure they are unopened & undamaged. We will accept returns only within 7 days from date of delivery. Any items returned past the returns period will no longer be accommodated. 
Please contact us immediately if there are issues with the item you ordered.

Do you offer gift cards?

We don't offer gift card but from time to time we offer gift codes to serve as promotional perks for customers. Customers may use the gift codes upon checkout to to enjoy their shopping experience.

What are the payment options?

We accept Cash on Delivery. We also accept bank to bank transfer from BPI and Security Bank, and GCash & Paymaya. Should you wish to pay other than COD, you need to include this as a note upon checkout so we can contact you for arrangements.
